What’s useful to include
Screenshots of the message, profile or website
The phone number, UPI ID, handle or web address involved
Roughly when it reached you, and how
Whether you replied, paid, or clicked anything
Please don’t send us personal data
We do not need your Aadhaar number, bank account details, card numbers, passwords or OTPs, and we will never ask for them. Black those out of any screenshot before sending. Anyone claiming to be us and asking for those things is not us.

If you have lost money or been threatened, these are the people who can act. We cannot investigate, contact anyone on your behalf, or recover funds.
