Free UC and Diamond Scams in BGMI and Free Fire

Websites promise free UC or Diamonds in exchange for your game ID and a small verification payment. They steal your game account, your Google login, or your money — and you get nothing. Here is the full breakdown.

What Is This Scam?

Fraudulent websites and Telegram channels promise free in-game currency for BGMI, Free Fire, and COD Mobile. They ask for your player ID and sometimes a small payment or Google account credentials for verification. The result is a stolen account, stolen credentials, or both.

How It Works

  1. 1Player finds a website or video promising free UC or Diamonds through a generator.
  2. 2Website asks for Player ID or to log in with Google to credit the currency.
  3. 3Some sites charge a small verification fee via UPI.
  4. 4Player either gives Google credentials and loses their account or pays and receives nothing.
  5. 5Stolen accounts are sold on the grey market.

⚠ Red Flags to Watch For

  • Any website claiming to give free in-game currency
  • Being asked to log in with Google on an unknown site
  • Requests for any payment to unlock or verify the top-up
  • YouTube videos with thousands of likes but comments turned off
  • Human verification steps that lead to surveys or app downloads

What to Do If You Are Targeted

Never give your Google or game account credentials to any third-party website. If your account has been compromised, change your Google password and enable 2FA immediately. Contact the game's official support. There is no legitimate way to get free UC or Diamonds — only top up through the official app store.

✅ Stay Safe Checklist

  • Only top up in-game currency through the official Google Play Store or App Store
  • Never log into third-party sites with your Google account
  • Enable 2FA on your Google account to prevent takeover
  • Report free currency websites to Google Safe Browsing
  • No game company runs free currency giveaways through external websites
